1) Find your Listrak ListID and Field ID's

To get your Listrak ListID and Field ID's, go to Support > API ID Information.

In order to connect to Listrak you will need your Listrak ListID and Field ID's (if you want to pass first and last names as well as more information into Listrak).

Please note, for any information you want to pass from ViralSweep to Listrak, you will need to set up these fields in Listrak if you do not have them set up already.

2) Add SOAP API IP Authorization

In order authorize ViralSweep, add these IP addresses to Listrak:

Navigate to Mange > Account > SOAP API IP Authorization and add:
208.75.148.57
67.227.140.51

3) Connect to Listrak

When setting up your sweepstakes, go to the Connect Email Service section and click on Listrak.

4) Input Credentials

Input your Listrak username, password, and ListID. If you want to pass more fields into Listrak as well, input the corresponding field ID's and then click connect. You can also pass in an Event ID to trigger something like a welcome email.

Please note: Not all fields are required. You do not have to fill out the additional field ID's if you do not want to use them.

5) You're connected

That's it, you're all set. Your campaign is now connected to your Listrak account, and we will send data right into your Listrak list.

What fields can I pass into Listrak?
You can pass the following fields into Listrak:

- Email Address
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Country
- Phone
- Birthday
- Referral Link
- Event ID

Troubleshooting

If you have connected your campaign to Listrak and email addresses are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:

Email already in Listrak list
The email address entered into the campaign may already be in your Listrak list, so it will not be added again.
Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the campaign has already been entered into the campaign previously, so therefore it is not passed to Listrak. This can happen if you set up your Listrak integration after you have already entered the sweepstakes.
Delay in reporting
Listrak is having a delay in reporting. If you do not see the user listed under subscribed contacts, try searching for the contact instead.
Certain fields are not passing through
If you are trying to pass certain fields through to Listrak but data is not appearing, the issue is likely that you have not added those fields to your Listrak account. To get your Listrak ListID and Field ID's, go to Support > API ID Information. You may need to add more fields to correspond with the data that needs to be passed into Listrak.
