This guide will show you how to take your sweepstakes and integrate it with Vero so that you can start sending names and email addresses right into your Vero account.
1) Connect to Vero
When setting up your sweepstakes, go to the Connect Email Service section and click on Vero.
2) Input Credentials
In order to get your Vero Auth Token, login to your Vero account and go to Settings > Project Details and you will see the Auth Token under API Credentials.
Add your Vero Auth Token into the field and click connect.
3) You're connected
That's it, you're all set. Your sweepstakes is now connected to your Vero account, and we will send any names and email addresses right into Vero for you.
If you have connected your sweepstakes to Vero and email addresses are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:
Email already in Vero account
The email address entered into the sweepstakes may already be in your Vero account, so it will not be added again.
Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the sweepstakes has already been entered into the sweepstakes previously, so therefore it is not passed to Vero. This can happen if you set up your Vero integration after you have already entered the sweepstakes.
Delay in reporting
Vero is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
