Our blacklist and whitelist feature allows you to allow or block specific IP addresses from entering your campaigns. The blacklist and whitelist is on a per campaign basis, so you can choose to allow or deny different IP addresses on different campaigns.


  • IP addresses that are added to the blacklist or whitelist must be added 1 per line.
  • IPV4 and IPV6 addresses are supported

Usage - Blacklist

The blacklist option is to be used to block specific IP addresses from entering your campaign, and allow all other IP addresses to enter. You can list as many IP addresses as you would like in the blacklist. Anyone using an IP address that is not in your blacklist will be able to enter.

Usage - Whitelist

Please note: It is important to understand how to use the whitelist, as it can block people from entering your campaign if used incorrectly.

The whitelist option is to be used to allow specific IP addresses to enter your campaign, and block all other IP addresses from entering. For example, if you are running a company wide promotion and you only want employees with your company IP address to enter, then you would input your company IP address into the whitelist. Anyone who tries to use an IP address other than what is in your whitelist will not be able to enter.
