1) Connect to Sendinblue

When setting up your campaign, go to the Connect Email Service section and click on Sendinblue.

2) Input Credentials

Input your Sendinblue API key. You can find your API key in your Sendinblue account by clicking on your account name and going to SMTP & API. Click on Create a new API Key and choose v3.0 and input the name ViralSweep.

Once you have your API key, paste it into ViralSweep.

3) Choose a list

Once you successfully input your credentials and click the connect button, we will reveal your Sendinblue lists. Simply choose a list from the dropdown menu and click connect.

4) You're connected

That's it, you're all set. Your campaign is now connected to your Sendinblue account, and we will send user data right into your Sendinblue list.

ViralSweep will pass the following fields:

- Referral URL
- Referral Source
- Campaign ID


Do you update subscribers?

Yes, if you run a promotion and we pass someone to Sendinblue, then you run another promotion in the future and the same person enters, we will automatically update their information in Sendinblue (if any new information is provided). Mainly, the referral URL will be updated with the newest URL for each promotion they enter.

Troubleshooting

If you have connected your campaign to Sendinblue and users are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:

Email already in Sendinblue list
The email address entered into the Sendinblue list may already be in your Sendinblue list, so it will not be added again.

Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the campaign has already been entered into the campaign previously, so therefore it is not passed to Sendinblue again. This can happen if you set up your Sendinblue integration after you have already entered the campaign.
Delay in reporting
Sendinblue is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
